The power of a
Metabolic MOT 💕
Just like with a car, looking at some basic "safety" markers can prevent "breakdown" or unsafe situations in the future.
Getting a metabolic MOT is not complicated and you might even already have some information from previous blood tests you could use.

It basically requires 3 things:

a blood test (at home or clinic)

a measuring tape

a blood pressure measurement
The blood tests can be done with a DIY kit at home and the blood pressure can be done for free in a pharmacy (UK).
