I am re-designing this programme!
If you would like to join during this process for FREE, please click below for more details!

If you have never tried a CGM and would like to learn the basics of how to put it on, connect to the right software, how often to scan, what to log and why glucose is important..then this programme is for you.

3 Weeks. It is short but sweet, enough time to sort out the tech part before wearing a sensor for 14 days.

NOTE: the CGM is NOT included in the programme, but there are easy instructions on how to optain one for around £57).

This programme is about discovering how a CGM works and OBSERVING what your glucose levels are doing as you "go about living your life" as you normally do. You can throw in some experiments for fun (what does that bagel do?) but the idea is to observe rather than change how you eat & live straight away. The value lies in the trends, not in the absolute one-off incidences and they will allow you to discover the changes that will be most beneficial for your health in the long run. You will learn a "skill" that you can use for the rest of your life.

What you get:

1) Online content (videos & downloadable pdfs): (available for 3 months in total)

  • Tech support (detailed manual for hardware/software)

  • What, when and how to log (and why)?

  • What does the data mean?

  • What is glucose and why does it matter?

  • Introduction to hacking your glucose

  • Further steps

2) 6 Live online group Q&A sessions (zoom) - for questions & going over data on the big screen.
(These are optional and can be booked when needed within the first 4 weeks after joining).

3) One Free 15 minute one-to-one zoom session with me (Optional, can be booked when needed)

4) Online group chat with fellow CGMers: a great place to ask questions and share experiences

This programme is not about "diagnosing" if you have (pre)diabetes or about learning how to completely rebalance your glucose levels.

It is about discovering where your body is at and observing trends (indicative of metabolic health), which can then be helpful to determine what changes to your diet and lifestyle could be beneficial going forward. Learning how to rebalance your glucose levels is a bit more complex and involves more than just changing what you eat, but if you are interested in learning more about it, my Glucose Mastery Programme might be something of interest for you. Alternatively I will provide links to books and sources where you could find more information.
